Purchase Kolbe Books, Course Plans & Materials
Families, schools, co-ops, hybrid programs, and other learning settings may purchase Kolbe books, course plans, and materials directly from the bookstore without enrolling with Kolbe Academy.
Enrollment is required for access to Kolbe course formats such as Digital Homeschool, Live Online, and Asynchronous courses. For bookstore purchases, find books by course to support a Catholic, classical course of study at home or in a classroom setting.
Traditional and Digital Homeschool Options
Families can use Kolbe’s homeschool curriculum in the format that best fits their home, schedule, and student needs. Available formats vary by course, so families should review the course catalog and book lists carefully when planning.
Traditional Homeschool
Traditional Homeschool courses provide parent-guided path through Kolbe’s course plans, books, assignments, assessments, and supporting materials. Families can adjust pacing and make thoughtful substitutions when needed while still following a carefully sequenced curriculum rooted in the Catholic classical tradition.
In this format, parents remain the primary educators of their children. Kolbe provides the structure and materials, while parents direct daily instruction, oversee assignments, evaluate student work, and guide the course according to the needs of the student. Enrolled families receive advising support for course selection, academic planning, and official academic records.
Digital Homeschool
Digital Homeschool is available for select courses and gives families another way to use Kolbe’s homeschool curriculum with online course access through Schoology. Courses may include weekly folders, assignments, video recordings, course materials, and auto-graded learning checks based on the corresponding homeschool course plan.
Digital Homeschool remains a homeschool format, so parents continue to guide the student’s work and submit recommended grades through Kolbe’s grade reporting process when applicable. Digital Homeschool course access requires enrollment with Kolbe Academy through an eligible full-time or part-time enrollment option.

Study Guides &
Teacher Support
Kolbe Academy offers study guides, teacher guides, and answer keys designed to support instruction across the curriculum, especially in history, literature, and theology.
Many study guides include comprehension questions, reading support, and, in some courses, weekly quizzes to help students engage more deeply with the material.
Accompanying teacher guides and keys provide the level of support appropriate to each course. Some function as straightforward answer keys, while others offer more developed guidance as our materials continue to grow.
Kolbe also offers answer keys for selected textbooks and materials, providing practical support that aligns with the curriculum without requiring large, expensive teacher manuals.
Looking for Live Online or Asynchronous Courses?
Kolbe also offers teacher-led online course options for select grades and subjects. Students may enroll full-time or part-time, making online courses a helpful option for families as well as students in homeschool, hybrid, school, co-op, or other learning settings.
