This is the course plan for Sadlier's From Phonics to Reading: Level A. Homeschool first grade students will develop strong phonics skills through a comprehensive, structured approach that includes phonemic awareness, phonograms, blending, and reading practice. They will progressively read more challenging passages while reinforcing high-frequency words to build fluency. This program strikes a balanced blend of parent-led instruction and independent student practice, providing both engaging exercises and targeted worksheets.
